Our Strawberry Matcha is crafted by blending premium matcha from the Katō family in Uji, Kyoto with real strawberries. The result is a beautifully balanced matcha with smooth umami, subtle natural sweetness and the subtle flavour of ripe strawberries.

Made with real fruit, no added sugar, and no artificial flavours, it's a refreshing twist on authentic Japanese matcha that's just as delicious whisked traditionally as it is blended into a decadent and creamy strawberry matcha latte.

Tasting Notes

Fresh, subtle strawberry balanced by the smooth umami and delicate vegetal notes of premium Japanese matcha. Smooth, decadent and delicious. 

Preparation

Whisk 1-2 g (½-1 tsp) with 60–70 mL of hot water (80°C) until smooth and frothy. Enjoy as a traditional matcha, or add your favourite milk for a naturally delicious strawberry matcha latte. For a refreshing summer drink, serve over ice!
