Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase or your tea did not arrive in good condition, we always offer to replace or resend the product. We do offer refunds in the event that you are absolutely unhappy with your purchase. In which case, we are very sorry. Please understand that we are a small family-owned business and that while we try our hardest to ensure you have the best experience possible, there are times when problems can occur.
