Tasting Notes

Creamy coconut with a light natural sweetness, balanced by the smooth umami and fresh vegetal notes of premium Japanese matcha. Rich, comforting and perfectly balanced.

Preparation

Whisk 1-2 g (½-1 tsp) with 60-70 mL of hot water (80°C) until smooth and frothy. Enjoy traditionally, or add your favourite milk for a creamy coconut matcha latte. For an extra refreshing treat, serve over ice.
