Sorry I had high hope... but it did not work for us

I really should have ordered a small bag to try... I need it for our soft serve with a possibility of London Fog latte (currently we brew tea base using EG looseleaf), so I ordered a bigger bag. It has a strange herbal/essential oil taste and does not taste like Earl Grey Tea at all; I thought it's just me but every team member tried and disliked it. Now I don't know what to do with it.

Genuine Tea

Hey Kimmy - Thanks for your note! I'm sorry it was not to your liking. A little bit does go a long way =) It is a microground tea so, it does have a texture to it. Usually we recommend using about half a tsp to a tsp. Feel free to email us at: orders@genuinetea.ca and we will see what we can do for you =) Thanks!

Perfect for baking.

I use this for mixing in cakes, my clients love it as do I.

so much better than brewed bags .

just love the stuff. Using a mini frother really works well. And really just a little is needed. (1/8 teaspoon for a very large cup) When first mixed in with 1/4 cup milk it makes the most wonderful london fog ever......
