Dairy-Free Matcha Elixir
Our creamy, warming and satisfying Matcha Elixir is perfect for those who want to increase healthy fats and start the day off right. We replace all dairy with coconut milk and have added a ton of anti-inflammatory spices and ingredients. We picture you drinking this on a quiet sunday in or while enjoying a cozy winter cottage getaway.

Servings: 2-4 portions
Ingredients:
1 Can Coconut Milk
3 Dried Allspice Berries
2 Clove Buds
1 Tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
¼ Tsp Ground Turmeric
½ Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Of Genuine Tea Matcha Powder
⅓ Cup of Water
1 ½ Tbsp Honey
Preparation:
- In a pot combine coconut milk, allspice, cloves, grated ginger, turmeric and cinnamon. Heat on stove top at a low temperature until it reaches a gentle boil, approx. 5-7 minutes. The lower the temperature the more time you give the spices to infuse.
- Once the coconut milk is at a gentle boil add the Matcha powder and water. Whisk vigorously until the Matcha has dissolved and there are no lumps.
*Adjust the thickness by adding more or less water *Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey
- Let the elixir reach a gentle boil
- Strain the spices
- Choose your favourite mug and enjoy!
