Oolong Tea

Oolong gets its name from the words "wu long" or 烏龍 in Mandarin which, translated means "black dragon." This term is often used to describe a serendipitous mistake - a fortune wrapped in a riddle - and that is an excellent way of describing the complexities of Oolong tea.
