Tous nos matchas sont de qualité cérémoniale et conviennent à votre cérémonie du thé. Ils sont cultivés à l'ombre pendant 30 jours maximum, ce qui optimise la chlorophylle et la teneur en antioxydants. Ils sont ensuite soigneusement traités à la vapeur, séchés puis moulus à la main pour un maximum de saveur. Sans oublier qu'ils proviennent d'un seul endroit : Uji, Kyoto (le berceau du Matcha)

Notre matcha d'été est conçu pour les lattes au matcha et les desserts sains. Le matcha de printemps contient un maximum de nutriments et le goût le plus pur pour une expérience matcha authentique. Le thé biologique certifié de la récolte de printemps fait l'objet d'une certification supplémentaire pour ceux qui apprécient la pureté et la durabilité à chaque gorgée. Le bonheur garanti !
