Grown in the mountains near Jin Jing, Hunan. This White Fairy tea is a spring harvest White Tea. The leaves are heavily oxidized for a white tea providing a more complex, coppery liquor with sweet notes of chamomile and peach. The name White Fairy comes from the distinct fuzzy, white buds that make up a large portion of this tea.
