Today, we're going to be making a Matcha Cucumber Mint Lemonade. It's super straight forward and extremely refreshing, especially in the summer heat!
Matcha Cucumber Mint Lemonade
Prep Time: 10 - 15 Minutes Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Genuine Tea Matcha Uji - 1/2 cucumber - 1/2 cup mint leaves - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 cup water - 1 cup ice - 1 tbsp cane sugar (replace with sweetener of choice)
Preparation:
1. dice cucumber 2. squeeze lemon juice 3. add Matcha Uji, cucumber, lemon juice, mint, water, ice and cane sugar to blender 4. blend!! 5. garnish with mint, cucumber, lemon 6. enjoy!!

to sourer to much lemon juice. NOT good.
