Matcha Chia Breakfast Bowl


Not only does Ceremonial Matcha make a wonderful, healthy drink but, it can also be used in recipes! Here's a simple recipe for a Matcha Breakfast Chia Bowl. It looks amazing, tastes amazing and does wonders for your health!

Matcha Chia Breakfast Bowl

Genuine Tea Toronto Matcha Bowl

Prep time: 10 - 20 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp Genuine Tea Matcha Uji
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 handful of kale
- 1/2 cup granola 
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 dates 

Toppings (optional):

- raspberries 
- bananas 
- kiwi
- coconut flakes
- granola

Preparation:

1. soak chia seeds in cold water for 10 minutes
2. add Matcha Uji, blueberries, kale, granola, chia, flax, coconut milk and dates to blender
3. pour contents into bowl
4. top with desired ingredients!
5. Enjoy!
