4 Tablespoons Walnuts
3 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flakes
1 Hemp Hearts
Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until a fine consistency is achieved.
Almond Butter- Matcha Glaze
1 Tablespoon Genuine Tea Matcha Powder
⅓ Cups Crunchy Almond Butter
⅓ Cups Hot Water
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
½ Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
Add all ingredients into a blend with the hot water being first. Blend until smooth.
Peel both bananas and lay flat
Fully coat both bananas with the Almond Butter-Matcha Glaze
Taking small handfuls of the Walnut-Coconut mixture completely cover the banana.
Freeze for 20 minutes and slice.
