Instructions

1. Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and Kato Matcha Summer Harvest powder until well combined.

3. Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the vegetable oil and almond extract. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

4. Add Almonds: Fold in the chopped almonds, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
