Fancy something sweet and delicious? Try a Matcha Affogato - our twist on a traditional Italian dessert! Instead of using an espresso shot and a scoop of gelato, we've opted for our Ceremonial Matcha Uji and a scoop of good old French Vanilla Ice Cream. Yum!

Ingredients:

- 1 scoop of French Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 tsp Genuine Tea Matcha Uji

Preparation:

1. scoop ice cream into a bowl
2. whisk 1 tsp of Ceremonial Matcha Uji with 1 oz hot water
3. pour Matcha over ice cream
4. enjoy!
