Blueberry Maple Matcha Parfait

This simple recipe from Carla Riley at Keep Kitchens is the perfect power breakfast or snack to get you through your day. This delicious Blueberry Maple Matcha Parfait is loaded with protein, antioxidants, fiber and healthy fats. Contact us for the vegan version! 

Prep time: 5 - 10 minutes
Servings: 1 - 2

Ingredients:

- 1 Tsp Genuine Tea Matcha Powder

- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

- 1 Cup Granola or Nut of choice

- 3 Tsp Pure Maple Syrup

- ¼ Cup Blueberries

Preparation:

1. Stir Matcha powder, yogurt and syrup together ensuring there are no lumps
2. In a clear mason jar or container of choice start layering the parfait in this order:

• 3 Tablespoons of Matcha Yogurt
• ¼ Cup Granola or Nuts
• ¼ Cup of Blueberries

     3. Top your parfait with granola, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
