Grown in the famous Alishan Mountain range in Chiayi Taiwan, our Alishan Oolong is simply superb! Made from the rare and highly prized Chin Xing cultivar as opposed to the more common Jin Xuan cultivar, this tea unravels revealing fully intact leaves bursting flavour. Hand picked, following a strict plucking standard of 1 bud and 2 leaves, Chin Xing Oolongs can be enjoyed over 4-5 steepings.
